4. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was wrongly removed, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice to the same email address. A valid counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of Indian courts.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
